Enigma Development was established by Rory James MacLaren-Jackson and Fabio Del Piero to provide a new approach to personal self-improvement and development.
As a successful life and business coach since 2003, Rory had developed a unique approach to helping his clients, applying this both to his own London-based coaching practice and to his role as a business trainer. Working and training together over several years, Fabio observed how even Rory was unaware of exactly how he was applying many of these 'soft skills' so differently and so effectively.
The period of analysis that followed has produced an approach to individual development that is as structured as it is powerful. More importantly, the courses developed from it incorporate techniques that can be learnt and applied by anyone.

Rory James MacLaren-Jackson has been involved in life coaching, business coaching and training since 2003.
Before setting up the Enigma Development brand he had successfully run his own coaching practice (LifeCoach4London.co.uk) and developed the ES Success Coaching Method © for teaching other coaches his methods and techniques. .gif)

As an experienced trainer and investor, he helped focus the creative approach that makes Enigma such a powerful and effective system across the full spectrum of personal development.
